To participate in the Velorin Paris Community Circle, users must create or log in to their customer account before placing an order. Only verified purchases made directly through the official Velorin Paris website are eligible for cashback rewards, coupons, or community benefits.
Product Purchase Requirement
Rewards are applicable only on genuine purchases completed from Velorin Paris. Orders that are cancelled, refunded, exchanged, or found suspicious during verification may become ineligible for cashback or promotional rewards.
Content Submission Guidelines
Participants are required to create a short reel, review video, story, or natural product showcase clearly featuring the purchased Velorin Paris product. The content should be original, visible, and authentic. Videos with unclear product visibility, copied material, or misleading presentation may be rejected during review.
Social Engagement Requirement
Users must follow the official Velorin Paris Instagram page and engage with selected posts through likes, comments, or shares as requested. Engagement activity must appear genuine and completed before submitting proof for verification.
Proof Submission
To complete participation, users must submit their order ID, screenshots of completed engagement actions, and the created content or reel. Incomplete submissions, missing proofs, or invalid order details may result in rejection of the request.
Review & Approval Process
Every submission is manually reviewed by the Velorin Paris team to maintain quality and authenticity within the community program. The review process may take up to 3 working days depending on submission volume and verification requirements.
Cashback & Reward Distribution
Approved participants will receive their cashback reward and additional discount coupon after successful verification. Cashback processing timelines may vary depending on payment method and review completion. Discount coupons are subject to minimum order value requirements and validity duration.
Rights & Policy Protection
Velorin Paris reserves the right to reject, cancel, or disqualify any submission that appears fraudulent, abusive, incomplete, inappropriate, or against brand guidelines. The brand also reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the Community Circle program at any time without prior notice. By participating in the program, users also grant Velorin Paris the right to use, repost, edit, publish, or feature submitted content including reels, videos, images, and reviews for advertisements, marketing campaigns, website content, and official social media platforms without additional compensation or prior notice.
